OHLQ Order Shift and Sip of Marketing Update
Order Shift: Physical Inventory Agencies should expect changes to their order schedules due to Physical Inventory being performed at the Green (GRN) and Groveport (GPT) Distribution Centers (DC). There are no changes to deliveries.
Below are the order shifts. Agencies should follow them to ensure they place orders on the correct day. Transfer Orders (TO) will be created sooner and will account for fewer sales days, which may result in a smaller-than-usual TO. Agencies should closely monitor their TOs to ensure adequate product is ordered to fulfill inventory needs. |

SIP of Marketing As a reminder, if you have not done so already, Agencies interested in participating in OHLQ events from August 2026 through February 2027 should complete the new Event Opt-In Form by Monday, July 20.
Completing this form allows Agencies to indicate which event opportunities they would like to be considered for during the upcoming event cycle, which runs from August 2026 through February 2027. Event opportunities may include:
Completing the Event Opt-In Form is required for consideration. Agencies that do not submit the form will not be considered for participation.
